EU customers avoid this company
Because this UK company has chosen not to establish an EU hub to process EU orders, our order is stuck in EU customs for over a week with no sign of being released for delivery. Despite the EU customs agent informing us that no EU import duty is due, the customs agent charged an additional €6.95 handling fee (which was promptly paid). It's just not worth the hassle for EU customer to even try to buy anything from these people, or indeed from an UK based business.

Customs delays and handling fees for EU deliveries are unfortunately outside of our control and are determined by the courier/customs authorities, not ourselves. Had you contacted us directly, we would have happily explained the process and checked the shipment status for you.

First Class all round!
I don't use Mr Memory frequently but have bought from them for many years when upgrading my (and extended friends and family's) various computers or replacing hard drives. I have never had cause to contact them outside of the normal process because a) everything has always been spot on and b) I haven't been a numpty before and ordered the wrong thing! So the most recent transaction with them has been a wholly enjoyable experience and totally different from any other contact I have had with any other company.
I ordered PC memory, when I should have ordered laptop memory -totally my fault! - and upon completing the returns details (which is all free post by the way!) I received an email from a wonderful person named Zoe, who happens to be Head of Operations, within 30 minutes giving me a return reference and asking what I wanted to exchange it for (the return request was for replacement not refund).
I replied with my brain fart issue and stated the laptop memory needed.
I received a very fast reply stating the laptop memory will not be in stock until the following Monday.
I then - being the awkward customer I am - asked if it could be posted to a different address as I was on a bit of a time crunch. Zoe replied saying it wouldn't be a problem. I then asked how I could pay the (very small amount) difference..... and she replied saying that they wouldn't charge any more than I had already paid!
If anyone out there doesn't agree about the absolute first class customer focus and service after hearing all my issues and stupidity that Zoe dealt with....
I have no words!
Thank you Zoe and Mr Memory, I am very glad I purchase hardware from you and will continue to do so!

I needed to upgrade the 4GB of RAM on…
I needed to upgrade the 4GB of RAM on my aging ASUS laptop as the existing memory was running at 90%.
The Mr Memory website directed me to the right RAM (I chose 16GB) for my device and it was delivered the following morning and was quick and easy to insert, even for a complete novice.
Really helpful website and amazing service.
Would highly recommend!

Great SSD at a great price
Had the SSD that I needed for my laptop and the price was highly competitive too. It arrived on time and it was packaged well to protect it in transit.
I fitted it myself with no problems and it worked fine. Would definitely order from Mr Memory again.

I needed to upgrade the memory on my Mac
When I needed to upgrade the memory on my Mac I looked around on various websites and found that Mr Memory gave clear, simple advice on the correct RAM to buy. Ordering was very simple and delivery too. only a couple of days. Excellent service throughout and my Mac now works like new.

Wonderful service, brilliant website
My 5 year old Dell laptop with its 8Gb of RAM was struggling with the demands of Win 11 and Task Manager showed over 80% memory usage. Reviewing Mr Memory's excellent website I quickly identified the relevant RAM upgrade; they arrived the next day and now the Dell has two 16Gb RAM modules swiftly powering it along. Obviously it is fairly expensive but a lot cheaper than a new laptop. Wonderful service, a benchmark for on-line companies. Many thanks.

I'm not particularly computer savvy...
I'm not particularly computer savvy, but I'm so glad I found Mr. Memory! They made what initially seemed like a very complicated process to me, of finding the right hardware, along with the right software very simple indeed. Even not being the most Techie person, the guides and instructions provided with my purchase made the whole thing really easy to do. Delivery was exceptionally quick, so I was back up and running in no time at all.

excellent service
excellent, very flexible with returns and refunds, very fast as well. My order was suitable for my laptop according to their website, but only had 1 RAM slot when I opened it up, very unusual. It was no problem for them to send me a single 16Gb in exchange for my 2 x 8GB. Unfortunately that 16Gb RAM didn't work, so they very quickly sent me another one and processed the refund. Excellent service, many thanks.
