Up to 100-Day any reason returns
Return your Memory/RAM upgrade for any reason within 100 days of receiving your order. For all other products you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return your order and a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details and requirements.
We also provide a FREE lifetime warranty on all RAM, however if you think you have a faulty product please ensure you have followed the troubleshooting tips in the Technical Support section before you submit a returns request.
