Up to 30-Day any reason returns

Return your Laptop and Desktop Memory/RAM upgrade for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. For Server RAM and all other products you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return your order and a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

We also provide a FREE lifetime warranty on all Laptop and Desktop Memory, however if you think you have a faulty product please ensure you have followed the troubleshooting tips in the Technical Support section before you submit a returns request.
