Because this UK company has chosen not to establish an EU hub to process EU orders, our order is stuck in EU customs for over a week with no sign of being released for delivery. Despite the EU customs agent informing us that no EU import duty is due, the customs agent charged an additional €6.95 handling fee (which was promptly paid). It's just not worth the hassle for EU customer to even try to buy anything from these people, or indeed from an UK based business.

Customs delays and handling fees for EU deliveries are unfortunately outside of our control and are determined by the courier/customs authorities, not ourselves. Had you contacted us directly, we would have happily explained the process and checked the shipment status for you.
