Once the return is raised, we will provide you with our freepost returns procedure (Freepost service for UK customers only).
We will keep you updated at all points of the returns process so you always know the current status of your returned and replacement product.
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong product?
Maybe your machine has stopped working before you've had a chance to install the upgrade or you simply no longer require the product?
If the product you ordered is incorrect, we can replace it with what you need. It could be that you ordered a memory upgrade for the wrong model or ordered the wrong size, but whatever the reason we will replace it for you.
Although you may not be looking for replacements, we will still respond to your returns request straight away and provide you with our returns procedure to return the item for a refund.
If you need help finding the correct product, please feel free to contact us and we can answer any queries that you have.
You will not incur any delays, as we will dispatch the replacements the very same day your returns are received back.
Faulty or not compatible?
If, for whatever reason, you find that the product is faulty or not working in or with your machine, we will be able to resolve this for you. We have over 28 years experience of dealing with various issues so we are always on hand to help you.
Whether the issue is a simple one to resolve or not, we will always provide you with our utmost attention to resolve the issue quickly and hassle free. Please always come to us first if you have any issues after installing the memory.
Received the wrong product?
If on the rare occasion you receive the wrong product, we will of course be able to resolve this swiftly and supply the correct product for you.
