Many thanks for literally 24 hour delivery of my RAM upgrade. I have a Toshiba Laptop that had been running very slow, freezing up, programs not closing down, and the cooling fans were working overtime all the time. I did all the usual tricks closing down as much as I can... clearing and de-fraging the hard drive but it didn't really work very well. Now programs open and close super-fast and the cooling fans are just ticking over.... very, very, pleased...!!!

Thank you Mr Memory. And a special thank you to Kerry Harnes, a top techie within the company. My daughters Samsung notebook developed a corrupt file. I repaired it and at the same time thought to upgrade the 512Mb RAM to a 1GB RAM. I had used Mr Memory before and was impressed with their excellent competitive priced service so they were the first ones I went to. Kerry gave me good sound advice over the phone, took my order and two hours later I received an email saying 'Order despatched'. I had chosen Royal Mail 1st. class,(and it's FREE postage). I eagerly await, 1} The memory and 2} Brownie points from daughter!!!. Now that really is service with a capital 'S'. Thoroughly recommended.

I am not usually one for providing feedback but in this case I will make an exception. I recently purchased a 2G memory upgrade for my 1G Compaq notebook from you and it was one of the best transactions I have had ever. The website was easy to navigate to find the right item, payment was easy, delivery prompt and fitting instructions straightforward. My gasping 1G Compaq has now woken up and it is not easy to see why - resting memory usage is 1.15Gb! The old memory was working flat out 24-7 - it is a wonder that anyone can sell a machine that is so obviously not fit-for- purpose. It's OK now though, many thanks, I won't be throwing it out of the window just yet!

I just wanted to drop you a note about the truly excellent service that I have received from Mr Memory. I placed an order via the internet for some additional memory at about 2.45pm last Wednesday and it arrived the following morning. I was kept fully informed by email of the order status including the fact it had been despatched. This timeframe was to me amazing and considering there was no charge for delivery it was truly excellent service and value. The memory itself was a fantastic price and I am sure could not be bettered anywhere else. I fitted the memory on Thursday evening following the very clear instructions provided with the memory and it functioned perfectly improving the performance of my PC greatly. I called your support number on Friday morning as I wanted just to be sure about how the Mr Memory suited what was already in the PC. I thought it might need matched pairs and wondered if it needed to go into a particular slot on the mother board (Think I am a bit out of date here!!!) Anyway the phone was answered promptly and by a human (think it was yourself) who was able to answer my question most politely and accurately. It was so nice not to have to spend time selecting numbers before getting to the right department. Other companies could learn a lot from yours.

With ref to this order I would like to thank you for your excellent service. The speed with which you processed and dispatched the order is very impressive, the order arrived this morning, very quick when you think it was over a weekend, and with the excellent clear advice given in the instructions my computer was upgraded and ready to go again in approx. 10 mins from opening package. Even more impressive when you consider I am nearly 70 and a total novice inside a computer. Just as a small point of interest my son also upgraded the memory in his computer, the same model as mine, with components from PC world, and found he had to remove the original memory and install the new ones in those slots, then replace the originals in the unused slots, before the system worked.

Wow!!! Best price I could find on the net. I placed my order on 4th January 2010. My order confirmation included all the information I would need to install the memory. I received a notification of dispatch the same day that I placed my order. My memory was delivered to my door the following day (5th January 2010) with another set of installation instructions.
