Thanks for your excellent advice and sales service. My enquiry was answered very quickly, as was the delivery of 2GB of memory for my laptop. Fitting instructions were very clear and the whole job was completed in under 5 minutes. The new memory has transformed the performance of the laptop - it was taking 17 minutes to boot up and often had to have 'think time' between operations. Now it is fully booted up in 4 minutes and sprints around the Internet. Once again, thanks for your excellent service.

Feedback is very important. We are very guilty of taking things for granted, and when they go wrong, or not as we like, we're the first to complain! So credit where credit is due, I must praise you (again) on your superlative service! I didn't place my order until after 15:00 yesterday and yet first thing this morning my delivery arrived, perfectly packaged. Thank you very much for sending so quickly the 2 x 1GB memory modules. I have downloaded, installed and run Belarc Advisor, which identifies slots 0,1 and 2, and which I assume correspond with printed markings DDR1, 2 and 3 on the motherboard. I have just installed the new modules, along with one original 256Mb module in DDR3 as you recommended, and now have 2.25Gb to play with. Belarc Adviser could be a very helpful tool. Received this morning my memory update after ordering only yesterday. Fitted in 5 minutes: up and running after 10 minutes, and what a difference.
