I am sorry there was a slight delay in your order arriving. This is the first we have heard of this issue as we have not been contacted.
You chose Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is not a guaranteed next day service, only a delivery aim.
For guaranteed next day you would have had to have chosen Royal Mail Special Guaranteed by 1pm.
I am glad your order arrived safely on Thursday 18th April.
