5 Star Service Excellence
Mr Memory are all about service excellence.
The memory modules I had initially ordered didn't work in my laptop, so they suggested I try a different brand. They did the exchange and refunded the difference without fuss, and the suggested modules worked without issue.
The entire process took no more than a few days from end-to-end and Mr Memory's communication and support throughout was spot on.
Special shout out to Zoe Killick, whom I dealt with the most during the exchange process. She always responded quickly and professionally, and was on the ball in getting the modules exchanged and the difference refunded. Fantastic service all around.
I highly recommend Mr Memory.
