Great to hear that you have had no issues with the memory.
With regards to the dispatch being slow, you ordered the memory on Monday 3rd January which was a bank holiday and the stock ordered was out of stock at the time.
Once the stock had arrived, it was dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class and you were kept updated the whole way.
