Ordered parts over a week ago with priority dispatch 1st class mail but still not received the order. Maybe not Mr. Memory's fault more Royal Mail however they cant do anything until I've waited 2 weeks for the order not to show up... So, I've spent over £100 on something I needed fairly quickly, cant get it and cant issue a refund or send out the parts again for over three weeks from the initial order.
They cant show me any proof of postage and no information for me to chase it up with Royal Mail.

Thank you for the review and we are sorry again for the delay. We dispatched the order on Wednesday 13th February via 1st Class Royal Mail, which would usually take 1-2 days to arrive. Unfortunately, it seems to be delayed with Royal Mail and although we would usually have to wait two weeks before considering a package is lost, we've asked if you can wait till Friday 22nd February, which is 7 working days after the dispatch date. As previously advised, please let us know if doesn't arrive by the above date and we can then take further action to get the package to you as soon as possible.
