After my original lack of understanding…

After my original lack of understanding of the first reply for advice on which memory to buy, all went ideally like a one to one eml conversation, resulting in a well protected packet coming through my letterbox next morning !
After reading dire warnings about rookies fiddling about inside their computers and that laptop RAM may be under the keyboard and earthing myself in a modern flat where I have no radiators nor metal pipes in the plumbing, I disconnected & turned over my Asus, counted 18 tiny screws and one screw holding a tiny trapdoor in place. Not the battery but it held the existing RAM and an empty 204pin socket. Five mins later, I was re-connected & scampering through the programs without one message saying, " Insufficient RAM" !
