*The aim to respond within 4 hours (or 24 hours during busy periods) is only valid from Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30. All queries received on Saturday / Sunday will be dealt with on the following Monday; in the case of Bank Holidays the query will be dealt with on the first day back to work.
