Super easy experience, would definitely recommend
Love my recent experience with Mr Memory. I was a little bit worried about choosing and paying for the right product for my computer but the way you can search for your MAC model is just perfect and makes you confident in what your buying. The instructional videos are also super well made.

Received my memory and installed and laptop would start up for 5 seconds and turn off. installed it into identical type laptop with same results. Swapped memory between both laptops and both worked fine. Took down to repair shop and had memory installed in both laptops and memory would not work on either laptop. Shipping cost was 50% of memory cost so just threw them away. Ordered 2 more from place in Texas and they worked great. Was not going to order from U.

I ordered 6 x 4 Gb matched memory modules for my 12-year old Asus PT6 Deluxe V2 motherboard. The modules I received from Mr Memory are working fine since one month now. Thanks to that my legendary PC is faster than ever. The price was lower than the competition and the delivery was fast. I’m very satisfied and strongly recommend Mr Memory.

I am sorry to hear that there was an issue with the order Neil.
We did email to advise that the SSD you had purchased was out of stock, which was advised on the website as well before you placed the order. It stated that the stock would be 1 day into us and then items would be dispatched on the same day of arrival which is what happened.
We list Royal Mail Special by 1pm as that is an option on our website regardless if an item is out of stock or not. Customers may still want a guaranteed next day option when they buy from us.
We always inform our customers when items are out of stock via the website (before ordering) and via email like we did with yourself.
You did reply advising us of your disappointment with regards to one of the items being out of stock, which is understandable. However, my colleague did offer an alternative delivery method as we cannot refund the delivery charge when we have done all of the correct procedures.
Your goods arrived with us on Friday 5th April and you received them on Saturday 6th April at 10:39am which was still within the Special Delivery time frame.
We have tried to discuss this with you over the phone but unfortunately, you hung up on us before we could resolve the issue.

Ordered a pair of 16G RAM sticks for my 5 year old Dell 5770 to replace the existing 16G RAM. New RAM went in easily and laptop now works fine in dual memory mode. Wasn't sure if I needed to buy a pair rather than just one stick but took the seller's advice about buying a matching pair. Price is cheap enough for me not to be worried about it.
