I must write to you to say thank you for your excellent service. I ordered my ram upgrade on Monday 22 Feb and I received them on Wednesday morning 24 Feb, installed them and hey pesto, they work perfectly. All the time you have kept me informed of my order, so I am not in the dark. Your prices are very competitive and I also received full instructions which I think it is absolutely useful specially to those who are not familiar to the modern technology. Thank you thank you. I wish I had done this years ago. My computer feels like it is on steroids now - so much cheaper than getting a whole new machine (what I thought I'd have to do). I've now maxed out my memory and only for £36! I placed the order on Sunday, had emails from you immediately confirming the order, an email yesterday telling me that the order had been dispatched. The parcel arrived on my doormat only half an hour ago and I am already up and running! Many thanks for your splendid help in solving my laptop memory problem. From the Mr Memory data base you were able to correctly advise me not to exceed 512Mb of memory to 1Gb of memory. The advice was later confirmed to me by the laptop manufacturer. Obviously you were more concerned in providing me with accurate information and service rather than making a quick sale and this appreciated. The memory problem is now solved by using one 512Mb memory module in place of a 256Mb which previously occupied the only functioning memory slot. Your ongoing advice on this potential upgrade is also appreciated. I received the 512Mb memory module from you within a few days of ordering and now my laptop now runs as it did when first bought seven years ago. No more crashes or system instability has happened since installing the new memory. Your help at all stages is once again greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can I just say that my short experience with your company has been amazing. Yesterday I decided to upgrade my memory on my PC and so I surfed the web and found Mr Memory. I was completely baffled by the different choices, so I called the number. Usually when I do this I get nowhere. Paul answered the phone and I was guided through the process. For the first time in many years I felt like I was talking to an expert - and the expert (Paul) wasn't talking down to a novice like myself. Following his help - I placed the order straight away. Paul said "I will do my best to get it in the post tonight for you" And yes he did. The memory was on my doorstep first thing this morning. And guess what? It worked FIRST TIME. I was delighted with the simplicity and speed of my original purchase, even more delighted with the after sales and support. I contacted Mr Memory's support line and spoke to Andi. After explaining that I had bought the memory nearly a year ago and that now I believed there to be a problem with the module Andi informed me of the Life Time Guarantee. In a polite and informative manor Andi proceeded to tell me what I needed to do next to get my return processed. The phone call lasted a matter of minutes with an excellent outcome. I was happy before with Mr Memory, now I'm overjoyed. I will defiantly be recommending Mr Memory to friends and colleagues.
